Moodle is a free LMS (Learning Management System) installed on a web server.

The platform can be used to manage and distribute distance learning courses. Quizzes and exams can also be designed. Moodle is particularly renowned for its effective statistical tracking: among other things, you can find out who has or has not completed a course, track successes and failures, or send reminders to people who have not finished their course.
