Introduction
In this article, you will learn about a tool that allows you to view statistics on various incidents that may have occurred on a given account. Such incidents can include CPU resources exceeding the allowed limit and I/O errors, among other things.
We will see that the number of incidents that occurred in a 24-hour period is displayed. It is also possible to view snapshots of these incidents, which are taken at regular intervals.

How to View the List of Incidents For a Given Period
- Click on Statistics -> Snapshots.
- Set a PERIOD in the drop-down list of the same name:
- For each 24-hour period in which incidents occurred, the following data is provided:
- START DATE: date and time when the incidents began.
- END DATE: date and time when the incidents ended.
- INCIDENTS: number of incidents that occurred between the start date and end date.
- SNAPSHOTS: number of captures of an incident.
- TIME (SECONDS): total duration of incidents between the start date and end date, in seconds.
- SNAPSHOTS TIMESTAMPS: times when incident captures were taken.
How to See the Details of a Snapshot
To see the details for a given snapshot
- Click on the Details button for the snapshot:
